How long it takes

Every piece is made to order. Most orders are printed and dispatched in 2-4 working days, and delivery takes another 3-7 working days depending on your pin code. Metro cities are usually faster.

Tracking

Once your order ships you receive a tracking link by email and SMS.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and pin codes. Paying online by UPI, card or netbanking is faster to confirm.

Festive orders

For festival gifts, order at least 10 days before the date. We show the last safe order date on the site before each festival.

Damage in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, see our replacement policy: we reprint and resend free.
