How long does delivery take?

Every piece is made to order. Most orders are dispatched in 2–4 working days and delivered 3–7 working days after that. You get a tracking link once it ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order across India.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, on eligible orders and pin codes. UPI, cards and netbanking confirm faster.

Which size should I choose?

A4 framed posters and 8×12 canvases suit a desk, shelf or bedside. A3 and 16×20 sit well above a desk or bed. 18×24, 20×30 and tapestries make a statement wall. Every product page has a size guide in inches and centimetres.

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

We reprint and resend it free. Email a photo within 7 days of delivery with your order number.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because each piece is printed for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Tick "This is a gift" on the product page and add a message. We print the message on the packing slip and never include prices.

Are there offers?

Buy any 2 pieces and save 10%. Buy 3 or more and save 15%. Applied automatically at checkout.

Do you do bulk or corporate orders?

Yes, for 10 or more pieces. See bulk and corporate gifting.

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet. We ship within India only.
